I have that 2000 BullDog ....yea, that one. Have taken it down to the frame and building it back up. PCed the frame, swingarm, tank and rear fender, and now everything else will be polished aluminum billet, or chromed steel. I have the 'natural finish' 107" but going to change it and get it all shined up.
To do a 'complete' job I need to pull the heads and jugs.... and separate the carb and intake manifold. (I PCed the rocker boxes to match the frame and tank).
The motor is virgin, and I hate to open it up..... but any issues with doing so.?
Ballpark the polish/buff/chrome for me. What should I expect to pay.? I was quoted 2K by a local father/son business who have a reputation for custom cars and bikes...... too much.? Remember, my motor has never been polished.... it is a natural finish.

Your going to pay allot to have the engine polished. It cost me over a grand I think close to 2k. If you do it I recommend getting it diamond cut to keep the shine. I used a company called mirror polishing. I would rate them just okay, I wasn’t super impressed with their polishing.
