I go to events and have my noise level monitored yet every day I see IDIOTS reading the paper, eating, talking on the phone, and even watching movies in traffic. I guess our LOUD PIPES are interrupting their movies or something.

They had a summit in Washington D.C. last week to try and figure out what to do with all the assholes who text while driving. Not sure what they came up with but it's a start.
