Plastic washers in pegs, where do I get them?

Moe, don't you have the new style BD pegs? If so they are injected molded so you have to replace the whole peg.
My 03 had the older style rubber bands and they were made by Thunderheart and that is who I contacted and got a bag of them.

anody used anything other than the BD washer? I can't tighten the bolt enough to keep the passenger pegs from vibrating down. Guess I'll look at a thicker o-ring

Yeah, I need some too. Also need a new allen on one side, tried to tighten the crap outta it to keep it up and it's close to stripped. Anyone know where I can get new washers and the bolt besides the dealer? They're 2 hours....

Believe it or not I have found chrome allen head bolts at ace hardware. They look exactly like the factory stuff.

Chrome Bolts, Stainless Steel Bolts, Metric Bolts, Socket Head Cap Screws, Grade 8 Bolts, F911 Bolts

or any Harley dealer will have a pretty good selection of chrome bolts.
