Pivot Shaft

Hey guys, I have and issue and I need to replace the swing arm pivot shaft. I am not finding the replacement and I am afraid that I am going to have to have a machine shop build me one. Does anyone know where I can get one. I have exhausted all I can think of to this point? Any help would be welcomed!
