Pitbull or J&S jack?

fixing to replace the jack i have,anyone have either and how well do they work?

It looks like J&S copied Pitbull so if that's true they'd both be solid as a rock! The Pitbull lifts to 26" while the J&S only goes to 18" but the capacity is a little higher for J&S... could be the difference right there?

I have both the Pitbull and one of those Craftsman lifts that many members have. I've used both jacks on the Harley and the Dog, there's no comparison.

Bottom line, you get what you pay for!!!

PS Just noticed the Pit has 4" wheels while the J&S has 3" wheels so I'd think the Pit would move easier with weight on it...

I have the J&S and love it. Cant speak for the Pit.

I had the J&S. Great piece. Sold my dog & sold the jack with it. New Dog, new jack only this time it's the OTC 1545. Picked it up new for $156. It too is a great jack. The J&S was more than I wanted to spend this time. The OTC has proven itself. Best choice under the circumstances.

I've got a PitBull and it is a bit of a balancing act when using it on the K9. I can't imagine any other jack could work any better.
