Pipe Question?

I was looking at the supertrapp-Road Legends Phantom Pipe and I was wondering just how load this pipe is. Has anyone heard it on a bike and what the sound is like compared to the Vance and Hines big radius pipe?

Had the V& H Big Radius and liked the sound of them way better than the Phantoms .

V&H 2 into 1 or Big Radius

I personally have had both of these pipes on my bike. First of all I will tell you that I like both of them a lot. I am running the VH 2-2 with the thunder city baffles and love them. They are a lot louder and meaner than the phantom pipe. The phantom is a little deeper and more mellow than my set up I am running now. I am sure you will be happy with either pipe as both are nice choices.

I was running the 2+2 big radius . With the phantom it looks alot cooler but not as loud and way less power ..

I have the Paul Yaffe Phantoms, before i recieved them i made my mind up to sell my Vance and Hines.I installed them fired up the bike and decided not to sell my V&H's.I havent rode it yet with the phantoms because my tins are on the floor,but i think it looks a hell of alot better,took a little getting use to seeing the shorter pipe on my bike. So far everyone who has come over thinks the Yaffe Phantoms look way better.I dont have to rev it too much to see the flames shoot out the pipe,maybe i need to tune it. Thats gonna wait till i get my tins put back on.Good luck, if you have money burning a hole in your pocket and you like to gamble get them.After all that rambling i like mine i think, still not for sure.My wife bought mine for me as a birthday present after me drooling over them for a year and after $1000.00 they aint going on the garage wall. :roll::roll:Atleast i havent seen any other bikes around here with the Phantoms,every other bike i see these days has the V&H's and all who know me know i like to be diffrent.Feels good to be diffrent,rambling again sorry.Good luck either one is a cool pipe:up:OMG i HATE to see the day others around here get the Phantoms..

Thanks for the insight. You will love this. I can get the phantoms new for $675, a good friend of mine ownes a bike shop and I used to race motocross for him. Everyone in Louisville KY. runs the V&H, and I love the look of the phantoms. I think I am going to get the black ones to run on my bike. The bike is mostly black with the ghost skulls. I'll post picks of it.
