PILLION PAD

Energy One
Not so funny story .
Yesterday wife calls me on the cell and said to ride to her work to have a coffee and smoke, LOL
It's freeking freezing BTW.
So I go for it. Noticed when I jumped off the dog the pad was a little out of alinment so I fixed it.
Drive home put the dog in the garage.
Next morning I realize the pad is gone. Guess those suction cups dont like 32 degrees.:spank: :bang:  :loony:

One more thing I have to learn the hard way.

I think most of us have learned that you don't put the seat on if there is nothing on it holding it down. Mine is in the pack if it's not needed!

Might try and trace your route and see if it's laying along the road somewhere!

If you do a significant amount of riding with a passenger, the full two-up seat is a whole lot more comfortable for the passenger. My wife said it was much better than the p-pad.

I cruised out to the local Best Buy to get a 360 Xbox system due to my son taking the other one to college with him. Got out of the store and realized it was gone. Thought someone took it for a second but blew that off. On the way home I found it on the side of the road at a turn I made. Looked like it took a hit or two but still in one piece.

I take mine off whenever the wife is not along for the ride, without a passenger on the pad it can vibrate some scratches on to your paint. Don't need that.

I was just getting ready to invent the lunch box with suction cups on the bottom so you could stick it to you fender and ride in to work but it would suck to lose your lunch. I normally attach my lunch box to my sissy bar but seen a green bouncing blurr in my mirror which was the lunch box bouncing off the 300. Wrapped it with duck tape after that to cover the scars from the tire. I removed the sissy bar now and will go hungry I guess.

I lucked out both times and found mine ... went to the 2-Up over a year ago and other than switching out to the solo every now and then, I never use the P-Pad anymore
