Well I cleaned the garage and got it on the lift today. I'm going to lose the blacked out look. Polish the wheels, the triple trees, the forks, rear fender braces and anything else that i can. Chrome exhaust, new fenders (try to lower the rear fender over the tire more), not sure on the paint yet, reseal the engine (small oil leak), I'm sure I will have some questions for you guys this winter. I've been reading and learning since I joined here.

looka great the way it is,,, I've got all pollishe or chrome I wish mine was powercoated like yours.. its a pain to keep shinny.. nice belt drive who makes it?? it would match my flame paint job great....

I know it sucks keeping the aluminum polished, but I'm a chrome/polish freak. I traded a boat for the bike with plans on doing this over the winter. The belt drive is a Primo.

The fastest Ive gone is 6.70 @ 202.5 mph.
This is a picture of the car I drove in 2005, I was part of a two car team then. I took a couple of years off when I purchased the shop I worked for. This past winter I built a new car. I will have to post some pictures of that car tonight when I get home. I don't have any of it here at work.

cool... I used to help a friend out with his super pro class car, 97 fire bird, all glass, tube chasie.. 540 engine it was a blast,, car was a pro mod,, very $$$$$$$$$$ he finally sold the whole outfit,, I couldnt afford it,, I did drive it once.... nice to see another drag racer here....

Cool bike. How fast did it go ? I never got into racing bikes. They don't pay very well to win in the bike classes around here, and nothing on the IHRA circuit to follow.

The fastest I had it was 9.6 @ 132mph, it was 110ci putting out 165HP and 150 ft lbs @ rear wheel. Not bad for having no wheelie bar
