PDM Install

The PDM install is finished. It was time consuming, took it slow and easy to avoid any screw ups. The directions laid out the step by step procedure. You can look at the directions online at the Big Dog Parts website. Go to PDM scroll down and download the installation procedure PFD. The only problem now is that I have a bad rear tail light circuit board. See my prior post. There are plenty of amber led boards but no red led boards. I am going to replace both tail light lens with red plastic lens covers and use amber led boards. Once I finish with the lights I will probably sell the Dog and buy a Harley, This whole process has not been fun ( time consuming and expensive ).

From smokin to ridin. It can't be that bad can it.

The thing that really got to me was being pulled over for a bad tail light, then not being able to get a replacement. It seems like one thing just leads to another. Its a cool bike a real head turner - but I'm getting tired of all the down time. I just want to ride!

I have been lucky since I installed the wire plus, no problems yet. But I still have a harley as a spare and for the road trips. Hopefully, it will get better for you.
