PDM Electrical System Retrofit kit

LOL...Down tube stickers magically fell off when I got home. Weird coincidence, huh??
Got the PDM finished tonite but I cant quite get the horn wired right. I need to find someone with the PDM and see how they did it. For what its worth, it wasnt the EHC causing any of my problems. One connector under the tank was smashed and causing the hi/lo beam prom and left turn signal. Plus the license plate LED is still flickering, so I figure it must be actually LED board.

I found the horn and starter relay to be the most confusing of the entire pdm install. Read the directions step for step and check each wire. I still think I wired the starter relay backwards from the directions, but it works!

Yeah, that was definitely the hardest to understand. One wire coming off the relay says to ground the same place as the horn ground, but it doesnt work. The outside of the wire is positive, and the inside should be negative?? confusing. I found if I connected the inside and outside of the wire the horn would work as advertised. WTF?
Now I just need to find a new license plate LED.
