Passenger peg clevis adapter for 2 into 1 big radius exhaust

Aloha Big Dogs!
Looking for passenger peg clevis adapter kit for my 2007 Mastiff. It raises peg an 1” to clear the pipe. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Just ran into same issue. No one has the adaptor kit that I could find so opted for longhorn offsets bolts directly to frame with new pegs.
