Parting Out the BDM Trans etc

Well I finally did it. Those of you who know me, about 4 years ago I wanted to convert my K9 to a generic chopper. First guy to hard wire the bike (way before Wire Plus had a kit) and convert everything over to standard.

Last thing was the running gear and it's now done. Rewelded stock trans mount, insert reg 6 trans, starter, hyd clutch and open belt. Now everything generic evo set up. If anyone ever wants to do same, drop me a PM and I'll share some tricks to save you time. Have not ridden her yet as new one-off wheels ordered 2 months ago are due in today.

I second that request. :2thumbs: thinking of going that route only because the right hand control circuit board is hard to find and pricey.

Trans mount plate is from Paco... many other people carry them...

Wiring done from scratch. Pulled everything off and did it one wire at a time. Very simple set up. Have Trotta ignition so start/kill with the key (no switch on bars). One main circuit breaker.
