Anyone know the correct part number for a rocker box gasket kit for a 117 S&S ('07 Mastiff)? Drag Specialties lists 90-4091 as the kit for 90-4095 (84-99 Evo Big Twin/86-03 XL). 90-4111 is listed as the kit for 90-4110 (99-08 Twin Cam). Neither description strictly matches my motor (07 Evo).

And by the way, can you pull the rocker box and replace the lower gasket (between head and rocker box) without loosening the pushrods and readjusting? Mechanic said he didn't think it would be necessary.

The BDM part # for the Gasket kit for S & S top end ( as it's called ) is 103-000067-00

Remember your bike is an Evo bottom with a "Twin Cam" style breather topend. S&S's version of both worlds.

No you can't replace the base gasket with out removing the pushrods.

Really? Then a 90-4111 would make sense. Say Ray, why couldn't I pull the plugs and put one cylinder in the compression stroke then remove that rocker box. Both valves on that cylinder should be closed and the springs unloaded, right?

Yep, I e-mailed them earlier, but thought someone here might have made a purchase already without going through BDM.

Yeah, I guess you could do that. But I would still adjust the lifters afterwards incase there was any differences after the new gaskets. I'd give you my gaskets #'s but I have the TP rockers.

You should be able to find it on the S&S website. Just look for the SSW+ motor parts.
