2004 chopper with scrapes on lower frame. Best way to touch up ?

Bummer on that! Mines got a few scrapes on the bottom of the frame but I guess at least no one can see them unless I run them over.

I think at least a 3rd of the paint is missing on mine. I can't even get out of my driveway without scraping.

Check to make sure whether it is paint or powder coat on the frame.

Peeling and bubbling is different than scraping. I think we all have scraped the bottom of the frame because they sit low. In the peeling case, maybe bad paint job? Think of a reason why it would peel and bubble. Moisture?

Don't get all spooked at what I'm about to say. I usually speak before i think. But, what was said earlier, water. Look close at all the welds on the bottom of the frame looking for cracks in the coating. Could mean cracked weld.

all ready checked all welds and they are good. Not a bit of rust anywhere. It’s all shiny metal under the paint.
