I just had my gas tank painted and need to put the paint saver on. I don’t have the spano wrench, does anyone have any suggestions on how to screw it on without the spano wrench?
Not sure how tight you want it, but with some rubber gloves you can probably tighten it sufficently by hand (be sure to use some gas safe sealant before tightening it down). Or you could weld a small wrench from flat stock and rod. GL
