Paint damage

Guys,
I need your thoughts on repairing this please. Can this be returned to new / repainted / repaired back to the way it left the factory?

Get a hold of the factory, specifically someone in the paint department. Explain what you have, send some pics and they'll give you a quote. My 06 had a small paint issue last spring, and they ended up treating me really well.

My only suggestion would be, for who ever does the repair, take and send a lot of pics so they have a better chance of matching things up.

Thanks, this is my old bike and I am trying to keep the down time to a minimum for the new owner. I have suggested to him to buy another 04 tank and just have it repainted and then swap them out.

You can also send it to Ed who is a member on here. He repaired a couple of dents and repainted my rear fender and looks like factory to me. He was one of the painters at BDM before the lay offs.
