Our most excellent mechanic is Thomas. He has four bikes himself, though no Big Dogs. He seems to have that magic touch with mechanical things - ever know anyone like that? Plus, they send him to all the Big Dog training classes, so he knows the product line well. There's never any fakey BS like, "Gee, I dunno, it must be the EHC."
He is well supported by Doug, the service manager, and Tonya, who really works the warranty issues for us. :up:
