Oil spray on tank after play

I'm not sure if I have an issue or not. When I'm out playing, doing some higher revs, higher speeds 90 to 100 mph, I notice oil droplets on the front of the oil tank (directly to the rear of the air cleaner). If I ride it like a sane individual I don't get any droplets. Everywhere around the motor and tranny is dry. Is everything ok or should I play nicer?

I GET THE SAME, ONLY IN HIGH REV'S OR WHEN I BREAK 90 OR 100, IT'S ONLY ON THE RIGHT SIDE, ELECTRICAL COVER ALSO, GOTTA BE THE BREATHER.
I JUST WIPE DOWN THE AIR CLEANER, ESPECIALLY THE BOTTOM.

If the oil is over filled, it will come out the air cleaner. Check you air filter, and I bet you see its soaked with oil.

So the bottom line is avoid speeds below 100.
Actually, if you don't believe me ask the Po-Po the next time they pull you over for a signature, and possibly wants his picture taken with your bike. Those speed limits signs are just a suggestion as how fast you should go, :D. I can't go over 120 cause the Speedo just goes that far, have been much faster on a yellow rice burner :moped: .

I bet you got a tiny bit too much oil and it is relieving itself through your air filter. Mine did that when I had just a tiny bit too much... even though I thought it was to the molecule filled perfect.

In addition to all the above ideas, make sure the backside of your top rocket gasket hasn't sprung a leak.
It happened to me more than once on a couple older 'evo-engine' Harleys I owned.
S&S makes a much better engine than Harley (IMO), but..you never know.

The only time to run under 100, is the time it takes to get there!
