1968 Nam Active Member May 14, 2008 #1 Could i have jackshaft seal going out. Put a starter in last year and sometimes the starter will make a hell of a noise. Just wondering if the starter had gotten in a bind and weaken the seal on the back of the inner primary causing the leak. Dennis
