Offically a Chrome Whore!!

Well fellas im now offically a chrome whore!!! Ive stripped the bike down this winter to the bare frame and sent what seems to be about the whole bike out for chrome. LOL... anyways here is a list of what I had done, along with all the mods that will be going along with it. BTW I sent all my parts to Meclec and WOW a unbelievable job they did and the turn around time was less then a week.

Chrome list.....
Front Wheel and Hub
Rear Wheels and Hub
Front Brake Caliper
Lower Fork Legs
Front Fender Mounts and Fork Brace
Triple Trees
Rear Struts
License Plate Assembly
Pulley
Rear Brake and Mount
Complete Open Primary ( SMW Celtic drive )
Shift Linkage
Rear Axle caps
Speedo Housing and mount

All toll it was 56 pieces and the cost was just over 2800 with the shipping.

along with a few spikes ......

As I reassemble the bike ill be taking pics and posting them with the progress..

:eek: WOW :eek: , you are going to love not having to polish all that aluminum. I had some parts chromed too, but have long way to go to match you list. :2thumbs:

No actully I went directly to Meclec myself and saved alot of money doing it that way. Not knocking Jack at all.. he runs a business and needs to make his money as well..

Ill be hitting up alot of those this yr... from whats going on at work it looks as if ill have most if not all of the summer off.... I have your number and vise versa !
