Not a good time to break in a new motor

Its been 90's and very humid here locally since I picked up the new bike last week. The 117 does not like this kind of heat, especially while I'm trying to get through the first 500 miles. The rockers are a tappin away like there's no tomorrow once it warms up, and the power loss during the daytime heat is very noticable, based on a comparison of a few evening rides I have taken when it has cooled off a bit. I hope I'm not stressing it out too much. I'm at least staying between 2k-4k like the book says (which is a very difficult thing to do btw).

Can't wait for that 500 mile service.
