ok, it worked before. It would seem like either the module went bad or the wires are loose on the connectors to the module. see if you can remove the pins one at a time from the connectors and assure all connetions are good.

Yeah I checked everything over and over, none of my install was incorrect, after getting with Kendra at Wires plus they sent me all new switch and power modules, i guess they did some upgrades and so I got a couple of the new upgraded ones and so far so good no more problems with wires plus, however since then I have installed 5 PDM kits, MUCH BETTER product, pretty easy to install, so far no problems and I trust them much better, for the older big dogs I have been doing the THUNDERHEART install and also a MUCH BETTER product than the Wires Plus Garbage
