No brake lights and one rear light out (right hand side)

Hi everyone again. I seem to have lost both brake lights and one rear light. I believe that there are magnets involved on the brake lights , and Hamlin sensors. I believe this could be part of the problem as I have 2 wires with Hamlin connectors/switches on the ends floating around not connected to anything the sensors that is!
the wires are still attached to the loom (as far as I can tell)
Does anyone know if this is correct? or should these sensors/switches actually be attached to something? I can't photo one of them unfortunately, but the one in the photo was loose behind the mudguard on the left hand side of my bike.
many thanks in advance.

Unless the wire harness was changed, you should be able to extend the length of the wires and now sweep the wires like a clock hand as to where in the reach this would tie into the main harness. Get it? And just guessing, but you might have found the problem... problem being that crack on the left. It may break the path of electrons. Then again, floating wires were disconnected how long? The pins would show dirt/dust buildup and now the lights don't work? Might have to look elsewhere for the same hamlin and those are where the wires are?

So are we saying you have a used bike, found the hamlin at the mudguard [not hooked up] and now see another someplace else? Someone might chime in and mention there is only one hamlin used? Or, it was easier for the original/? owner(s) to leave the one at the mudguard and find another place for the new hamlin. And that one too took a shit at the mount and cracked it?

Here at no bolts needed, we would goop glue that puppy so no bolts over crack the bake or whatever that dip is.

Hi Sven. Mines a prototype with mainly Harley Switchgear I'm led to believe. The bikes not done 1000 miles from new as it sat in someone's man cave for the first 3 years.
The sensor/magnetic switches are still attached to the harness as far as I can see but because the brain is sandwiched between the rear mudguard and the battery box there's not much to see.
I'm going to take the tank off and check all the connections there and then if need be I'll take the rear mudguard off but the rear lights/indicators are wired through the struts it looks like.
I'll have to do one thing at a time as expected. Unfortunately "The Hogfather" shop that built the bike closed early this year for good, and I cant find a wiring diagram for it. I just thought it strange that they weren't actually bolted on to the bike? Instead they're just floating around.
Thanks for your help though every bit of info I can get helps.

I just re read what I'd written initially and just to be clear the wires are as far as I know still attached to the loom. Its just these sensors at the ends are not fixed to anything and I thought they should be attached to something, even the frame instead of just being loose. I like the idea of gluing them so they cant just rattle around though, thanks for that.

Hi again. Does anyone know what this is please? I've got the number plate light working now, and rear tail lights, and indicators bit not brake lights. I've done the ohm test on the switches and all seems fine I'm just not getting any thing happening with the brake lights. They leds work when I put on separate battery to test but not off the switches. I was wondering what this block is and has it sonething to do with the problem. Many thanks, sorry to be a pain in the ass.
