thanks little-boo thats not the one i was looking at but that will take the guess work out of the one i was looking at. will prbly go with the new as im not sure i am done beating up my bdm headlight yet. thanks again

I went with the adjure, no more threaded ring to strip out was easy to secure back in place...:2thumbs:

im wondering will all my guts from the bdn light retro right in such as lens if i just buy the bucket. also did you have any trouble with the spring that feeds around the adure

"Chrome Billet 5 3/4" Cobra headlight assemblies" looks like a copy of the BDM headlight. ($135.00)

The price is about 1/2 the BDM replacement

Yes it will fit, that's all I bought was the bucket. I used my existing lens and had to buy a new bulb because my low beam blew from all the vibration. The spring is used as a locking device for the end of the cable that you thread around in the bucket valley. My old bucket cracked so bad that I almost lost it while riding...:2thumbs:
