I took the starter out to clean all the contacts. The starter was clicking. Has new battery. Found a corroded ground on the starter. I hope that was the problem.I have an 1 7/8 long splined tube that i dont remember where it goes. it has a snap ring inside but it is not centered. I think it goes on the back of the starter but in what direction?
