Need bolt and spacers for Spike Air Cleaner

When I took my K9 in today to get a new speedo, I noticed that the left bolt and spacers that connects the Spike Air Cleaner into the engine had vibrated off. Do you know where I can find a replacement set? Do I need to contact the manufacturer of the air cleaner? If so, who makes these spiked ones? I had Big Dog of Tampa install it when I bought the bike in Sturgis.

As you will see in the pics, my dealer was able to find a temporary solution to keep it in place for now. Any ideas of where I would go to order a replacement bolt, spacers, and cap?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Well you would have to find some chrome spacers but the bolt itself is nothing big. I'm not sure where to direct you for the chrome spacers...

The ACE hardware shops in MN carry a full line of chrome nuts, bolts, spacers and washers in both standard and metric sizes. They have regular bolts and allen heads. They also have chrome caps (some with eagles, skulls, etc.) to top them off.

When I bought my D&M Rapter support bracket the bolts that came with it were hollow in the middle, similiar to what KB showed. Contact Nelson at WB cycles maybe he came get just the bolts. I purchased my support bracket from him and the kit came with several bolts and washers. Only one set fit my 117 motor.

Wow, I had no idea the bolts were hollow. Thanks for the info. I just took out the temporary bolt the dealership put in and it is not hollow. So, to be safe, I'll just ride without a bolt until I get it figured out. It seems like the air kit is pretty securely attached, even if it's missing a bolt. Don't want to risk harming the engine by having the wrong bolt in there.

Be careful riding without the support bracket firmly attached that D&M breather is really heavy. A lot heavier than it looks. Could cause a intake leak.

Also I don't know if the bolts being hollow make a difference, I think the bolts I removed to install my support bracket were "not" hollow. I'm sure someone with more knowledge will chime in shortly. I'd wait on removing the bolt and see what the experts say.

Hmmm, now I'm not sure what to do. Should I ride with the makeshift setup with a random bolt, or ride without any bolt at all? I guess the only other option would be to not ride at all, but I'm not liking that one. What do you guys suggest?

Guys, the new S&S motors don't use the hollow bolts anymore. If you have the breather hoses coming out of the inside of the heads (above the maniford) then you don't have hollow bolts. I think is was 05's and newer but may have included the 117 motor in 04.

KD, pull the other bolt and washer and go down to your hardware store and get a replacement. Bolt it back up and ride.
Contact the manufacturer later for the purdy chrome ones.
