Need a high performance battery

Can anyone recommend a good battery with a high CCA value. I need it to start an 03 pitbull without compression releases.

You might think about putting in the electronic compression releases. Your bike is already fitted for them and has the electrical connections. I did it on my 03 and many others have.

I would have thought the carbon fiber was lighter, but not according to their specs. Must just be the appearance for a vehicle where you would show the battery.

i bought the Braille # B2015 425 CCA (it's a car battery)
This battery is used on the japanese racing imports, toyota etc...I would recomend this battery for anyone who is looking for an upgrade...it has some serious cranking power. I dont have compression releases on my 03 pit and one tap on that starter switch and she is running...

I have 03 before I had trouble with start the bike , they told me the engine 107 is the big for that battery , I need a compresion release , I did put one in and no problem at all anymore ,what Ray said put one in every thing is already there.:up:

S&S makes a kit. Sometimes found on ebay. Check the swap meet section here as I recall someone had some for sale a while back.

I did a how to on it for my 03 Mastiff and it helped big time.
