Recently had a pillion pad taken off my bike in of all places my church parking lot. The fact that it was taken on church property says a lot about our society today, but what made it worse is I was picking up my grandkids and looked forward to having taken them out for a ride. I love the look of my solo seat, but if I have to start worrying about seat pads coming up missing I guess I will have to go to a 2-up and just strap it to the frame, any and all suggestions are welcome, thanks.

Hey Horn Dog, sad if someone swiped it at the Church. Are you sure it was on there when you arrived? Just asking cause many of us have lost this seat. It won't stick and should never be on the bike if nobody is sitting on it. A sissybar helps it stay in place but it's still come loose.
But the 2-up seat is much more comfortable for the passenger. It doesn't have the slope that the p-pad has so the passenger stays in place better.

Contact our BDM parts sponsor WBCycles. A lot of us here bought our 2-ups during a Group Buy.

Nelson from WBCycles is busy building a bar and grill and joining it in with the bike shop. Just talked to him yesterday. I order most of my parts from him and he is excellent to deal with. Keep trying.

Raywood thanks for the words of wisdom on passenger comfort and feeling of security because that was one of my wifes biggest complaints about the p-pad. I have since ordered a 2-up and will definitely look at securing it with the battery cable suggestion, thanks again.
