Well here are my tins after the 4th layer of clear coat. In 2 days we will wet sand and buff them and finally get them on the bike. I had Bob Bonds hand paint the pin stripping. In case if you do not know him he is a California Native who has done several famous autos in the movie industry and has done many celeberties. He now lives in Missouri.:whoop: THis guy can do miracles with a paint brush.

Sting we need to get together and meet soon. I want to get a game plan together for the June 13th ride to wichita and I also want to meet you and do some riding together before then. This weekend is suppose to be bad so maybe we can get toghter next weekend and meet some of my riding buddies who are going to go with us. how does that sound?

thanks for the compliments on the paint job. Next step is to powder coat the wheels black and the bottom half of the BR pipes. I am thinking on the edge of my wheels there is a lip that goes all around the wheel I am thinking of keeping that clear alum. and powder coating the rest black to give it the switchblade wheel look.

Love the blue ghost flames on black - and the "bolder" cross with flames on the battery cover...
normally you see the most detail on the tank or fender - very nice change up :2thumbs:

I will be sending more pics once I get the bike all put together and hopefully the sun will be out so the Pearl Blue will come out more!
