My first inquiry, from Jacked Up Pitbull

Energy One
My first inquiry is:

I have a 2006 Pit Bull and I have been advised that I should upgrade to a Bandit Clutch and Andrews 285 cam. I have up graded the stock SS carb with a Davinci fuel atomizer and a Thunder Jet. I have Jim's Semi-Solid lifters already installed. I was told that I do not need to do anything to the Jugs or heads, that that was just a wast of money and altered performance if I was not going to used the bike as a racer and I agree. I use Amsoil in the bike. I am wondering also if I should use heavy Amsoil for the Primary. I want to stick with one oil and Amsoil, bar none is the best proven by all independent studies in the industry. Can anyone give me their feedback as to my post.

Thanks,

Ed C

amsoil atf in primary......... amsoil 75-140 in trans........and amsoil 20-50 in the motor. our motors come from the factory slightly de-tuned to meet EPA cutting the jugs/heads to bring up the compression will GREATLY improve your HP and torque, if the cam is designed to run at the 9.5 compression ratio then ya it would be a waste of money if you want more power get a cam that likes the 10.5 to1 comp and get the jugs done!!!!
