my 2004 BigDog Ridgeback wont turn over

ive got juice to everything i replaced breaker new battery i put in a single stage starting system i turn key on ehc lights up no light on ignition module

"Single Stage Starting System" -- what do you mean by that -- never heard that term before.
Do you mean single fire ignition module?
I'd recheck the work you did and make sure it's good and that everything is wored correctly.
If it was working before, the first thing to check is whatchange (including your own work).
