Motorcycle Head Light Modulators

I have been toying with changing my cycle to make it a little more visable - short of painting it bright orange. Will our BDM electrics handle one of these head light modulator systems?

I've not heard nor seen one on a Dog. With the High and Low Beam signals going through the #%$^#%#& EHC, I would be concerned about signal variations feeding back down the line into the EHC.

When I added the driving lights to the chin spoiler, I decided to add a circuit instead of tying it to the existing EHC controled headlight path. I've had a EHC blow once (headlight failure) and don't want to risk another.

I see alot of goldwingers use those. I personally hate them. And as chacha said... I'm not sure I would try it.

Was told by the local BDM Dealer that they had a guy install one on his and it blew his EHC. That was it for the electrical warranty as well.

Anyone running a modulating light on any of the newer electrics, like the WP or newer EHC?
