main shaft removal

Energy One
Could anybody give me some advice on how to remove the main shaft and counter shaft out of the box as I'm in the process of replacing main shaft bearings and seals.
Is it a case of using heat and knocking the main shaft from primary side.
Will this bring the counter shaft out when knocking main shaft out.
Any help would be gratefull.

The bike is a pitbull 07. transmission stripped as far as removing shafts and gears.

There are clips down on the shaft holding the gears and dogs from sliding off. Take them all out, then start sliding out the gears, keeping track of what went there, then the shafts should come out. Baker has exploded views of the transmissions on the website that are really helpful, and if you call them they are great. From memory I don't think anything is pressed on so you should be able to tap them out.
