They fit the PM 4-piston calipers. Not sure what all years, but they just did a group buy on them recently and I'm pretty sure that a lot of those folks had newer bikes. sorry for not getting back sooner.

Update. Checked Lyndall and it says they fit 1998 to current Big Dogs.
