I just wanted to send a brief note to say how awsome it has been to work with Jake from Low Down Chop Shop. His customer service is excellent. I am in the sales industry so I am acutely aware of how I am treated when I am actually a customer so I just wanted to point out how refreshing it is to work with someone who isnt trying to screw you over.
I had bought a gas cap a few months back and my bike was being painted. I just opened it up and I didnt get my bike back until today (4 months later) so I never really thought about it unitl today. My paint saver ring is a little off so I asked Jake if I could exchange for a different cap and he sent me a message back in less than 10 minutes with no hassles. This is the way it is supposed to be. Very impressed. I wish it was this easy to deal with everyone.
