If you need one for a trip and already have a bag, I can tell you how to make a functional rig -- not pretty but functional.
If you are willing to leave thebag on at destinations and remove the contents into another bag when you go into the hotel the visuals are not asbad.
The one trip I needed to do this years ago, I mounted the luggage rack nad luggage, rode to destination and remove rack and luggage till the trip home. It's nothard to install or remove 5-10 minutes if that.
