What is the first sign of a lifter failing or how can you tell if a lifter is collasped

makes a bunch of noise...just like a car it ticks or sometimes hammers...if it does it just for a few minutes it might just have a piece of crap stuck in it, but if it doesn't let up it might be something more serious

Thanks Pink yea it kind of knocks for about 5-10 seconds and quits and then runs fine. Also its only done it since the cold weather and using the enrichener.

Do you know if the 05's had S&S lifters or not?
