I broke down and ordered one of their jackets last year for my 50th. They are a bit on the expensive side, but I'd only heard great things. I went with the Sidewinder model and it's supposed to fit a little snug. When I got the jacket it was so damn tight I could barely squeeze into it. So tight I couldn't even reach up and put my helmet on. The sleeves were so tight it would cause my arms to go tingly and numb, if I bent my arm too far. They told me it would loosen up over time. I wore it sparingly during the riding season due to the above problems. I wrestled with it all winter trying everything to break it in. This was some tough, thick cow hide. Needless to say, I couldn't get it to loosen up enough to be wearable. I called them back this spring, which was a year later after purchasing the jacket. They offered to redo the sleeves, but we finally decided to remake the whole jacket. They talked me through some additional measurements based on the tight fitting jacket and used those for the new jacket. I also upgraded to goat skin, which feels like butter right from the start.
Long story short, they made me a whole new jacket, a year later, for no cost and no questions asked. And had it finished in a week. That's what makes them a great company to deal with.
