Hey man on the photobucket page where you have that pic to the left is a little table under a heading of "SHARE THIS IMAGE" highlight the direct link address and then right click and copy that address. then come back to this text box and click on the little envelope with the mountian on it (insert image) and right click and paste the direct link address you have copied from photobucket into the pop up box.

VIOLA your picture is in the text box for us all to see!!!
