I have a 06 Pitbull I bought new.I put 2000 miles on the bike in 2 years,I crapped out ruding last Sunday, and yes my warranty expired last month.Had my bike towed, then retowed to a Big Dog servive center. To make a long story longer there was a voltage regulator recall which I was in the process of getting done,
Anyway,my battery died due to the voltage regulator,I need a new EHC unit,my headlight lamp was blown, and they are going to replace my voltage regulator.Big Dog is going to do everything for free plus labor. This is the first problem I ever had with the bike. When I crapped out all my buddies said you should have bought another Harley.Like Harleys don't break down,I just didn't need to hear that bullshit.
I have a few buddies on the fence of buying a Big Dog,they were only ribbing me on my bike breaking down, because they know damm well,my bike has all top of the line parts.
They were so impressed with Big Dogs montra they will be selling there Harleys. Big Dog wasn't only there in the good times they were there when I really needed them. That says alot!!!   :flag:

Great story... but sorry about your bad luck. The customer service is one great reason and one of mine in buying a BDM.

Hey Guys... Just Got back from Tampa BDM and Mike took good care of me. Completely replaced my starter (and labor) no cost to me (and I have no warranty). The info here really helped... It was the primary oil leaking into the starter. I've got a 700 mile (sore a$$) ride planned for this weekend and the Tampa guys got me in and out quick! Can't say enough about them... they Always do me right!

Thanks Knotso... I'm riding with some Hogs, so I think there the ones that named the ride. It's a 7 card poker run from NPR, FL to Panama City Beach. Should be a good time. Just didn't want to do the run with issues w/bike.
