Karata and Jim Longo

Wow, guy's I just got off the phone with Jim Longo at Karata and he is the man. If you are really looking to spice up the ole dog give him a shout. He used kids gloves to walk me through what I was looking for in an open primary and I am stoked about it getting here.

Thanks Jim. I know many of you out there have said it before about how great there product is but I think there customer service is just as amazing.

I wished I would have just started with him to begin with and I would be a month and half ahead of the game. I tired a product called Ultima from Southern Motorcyles and after being told it was the exact fit it would not even come close to matching up. I had to waiste my time and money to return it and was un happy.

I called Jim and he was very awesome to talk to and got me stoked about getting it and putting it on trouble free. Thanks Jim

I started trying to get an open Primary a month and a half ago. I made several calls to many belt drive dealers and could not get a call back. My father passed away and I put this job on the back burner. I since have started this project back up and made calls with no return ones to different dealers because I need to get this bike back up and running. I really am needing to get this bike done so I called Jim. He jumped through a hoop to help me and wish everyone I deal with was like him.

I have heard nothing but good from everyone about Jim. Thats were I will be buying from when I get ready to put an open on mine.

All I can say is HE IS THE MAN!!!!!! I was having a bit of trouble with mine and on my way to Florida for some fun in the sun... called Jim and he said since your heading south stop by... I did and the drive was on in 30 min... then gave me a awesome tour of his shop and how the drives are made.... I wouldnt buy another belt drive without seeing Jim first...Great Product and Buisness man... #1 :2thumbs:
