K9 not starting

I jumped the green wire got it to crank but not fire. Im going to charge the battery over night and try it again tomorrow. all the testing I guess wore the batttery down.

yes the buttons stay in on the circuit breakers when power is applied and you push them in.The ignition module is located under the right electrical cover if you are sitting on the bike.Right behind the ehc.on the efi bikes its called a vfi module or ecu.itd made by delphi and sold by S@S

Spoke with Tom at S&S he said 99% of the time its the EHC so Im going to send it off to get checked just as a reassurance its bad. Thanks for the help Ill keep you up dated.

Make sure you hit the on button before you jump the starter so that you have ignition .Otherwise it will turn over but not start.
Also ,for diagnostic purposes, when you hit the start button the head lamp should go out and the compression releases will click.

Did you do the ECM (VFI) RESET procedure after connecting the battery back up?

The battery voltage needs to be around 12.8v or more to get a reliable power up and engine start.
