K&N AIR FILTER?

Can you tell me what air filter I would need for an 04 Pitbull and the best place to purchase the K&N Filter?

I was looking for the air filter but I believe I will get the KN oil filter too, thanks :2thumbs:

that is correct for the oil filter but for the air filter, you need the E-3260. it is a little larger diameter than the stock but with it, you do NOT have to grind off the tab on the plate that gets in the way of the direct replacement. :2thumbs:

E3226 is the one I use on my 04 bulldog

tried the E-3226 initially and there is a tab on the backing plate that interferes with the fit. some have ground the tab off for clearance but i chose the route of finding one that actually worked, and went with the E-3260, which was a little larger diameter and cleared the tab completely, and gave a little more surface area for more flow. win/win
