Küryakyn foot pegs

I have an 03 Chopper and would like to change-out the foot pegs with some I see on the Küryakyn websit. They say they have an adapter for BD, but the description states for 04 and up. Anyone have experience with these?

i believe there pegs will mount direct to an 03, the 04 and newer have been made so that they could only be changed out with bdm pegs.

i have heard that the kury adaptor sucks, but that just what i heard.

The 03 and older will use any HD or HD aftermarket footpegs. and yes, I have heard the same about the Kury adapter. it extends the peg out further as well.

for anyone interested, still got some clevis' that will allow you to mount hd style pegs on the 04 and up forward controls.

I'll add a plug for Cav's clevis'. They will allow you to install any HD type peg on the market. I have the Kuryakyn's Sweptwings. :flag:

Just curious what you guys have heard about the Kuryakyn adaptors that make them suck?

They don't make the pegs stick out any further.

They haven't been out that long, must have been just a few because the chrome on mine is Great.
