Curious what model/size jump boxes you carry (for those that do). Some claim only one jump, some are better. Looking for real feedback.

Micro-Start Antigravity Batteries XP-3 has been the only one I might carry around when riding if the battery is a few years old.

I usually carry my Rockford jump pack with only the jump cable. I’ve used this to start my full size Chevy a couple times. 4751BA9E-453A-4DC8-87FC-0B2428CF339A.jpeg

Had this one... used several times, no more than 6-8 times and after a couple years took a shit and to the rubbish bin it went.

I´ve been using one from Amazon for a couple years now (small tractor, car, once on the K9) and I am happy with it.

Amazon is hit or miss at times. Not as bad as EBay. Half of them are made in the same dam factory with different labels. Do you know what is the Amp rating on the one you got.

I bought this last year to replace my old one that wasn't holding a charge. What's the point in a jump-start if it's losing its charge in a few days? Haha.

It's 500CA, and 10800MAH. I bought one that was larger MAH but it was over 1.5" thick and I didn't want to take up that much room in my bag so I cut the size down significantly. This one works and I like that it has a physical on/off switch rather than a button because I feel that's why my other one failed as your riding it bounces and presses the button to turn on.

Ive charged this once last year and used it to jump this spring it still has a full charge so I'm happy with it. It also has QC 3.0 which I wanted for my cellphone in the event I needed to charge that too in an emergency it allows for me to charge my phone in about 20min instead of hours.

One of the old ones.
What Nukeranger said. Antigravity is a winner in my book. Love mine and wouldn’t leave home without it. Charges my cell too.

I have 4 Antigravity jump starts and yes, it will charge your iPad, iPhone, etc. I bought them on sale. But, like anything else, if one is junk, then it goes in the trash.

Looking forward to retirement
WORD OF WARNING:!!!!!!!!!

Once your bike cranks up immediately remove the jump box from your battery!!! My neighbor borrowed my jump box to start his Harley. He cranked the bike but left the jump box attached and 2 minute later BOOM!! The lithium battery exploded. They do not like a reverse charge back feeding into the lithium battery.

Yes, this is correct. Always disconnect your lithium jump box after starting your vehicle. There probably should be a big tag on the cables that say “Disconnect once the vehicle starts without delay”

Antigravity Microstart XP-3 is only 200 amps with a peak of 400 amps and only has 8000 mAh capacity and is listed at about $119. So Eric’s post of beatit from amazon appears to be the best deal with 500 amp peak and 10800 capacity with different port connections for charging your tablets, phones, etc.

I bought the Anti-gravity years ago and it finally bit the dust. I Liked it because it was so small. I've had this one a few years and its about $60.00 bucks. Its 600 peak amps and 16800mAh. Eric this is the one I jumped your dog off with at Dave's during BBBQ. I've also used it a couple times at work to start some cars, it is a little larger than the Anti-Gravity one I had.
