Greetings, brothers of the wind:roll: . Thanks so much for all of the friendly and funny responses. You seem like a great bunch of people, and I wish I could meet you all in person and ride with you. Here's my first technical question. As I stated in my introduction, I am currently running a modified chromed S&S high performance Super G carb. along with a D&M Twister air cleaner, and the stock exhausts on my 2007 K9. She isn't running as well as I would like her to, and based on your responses and my research, I do believe that I can get her running great with the less restrictive V&H Big Radius exhaust, and a great mechanic who has the skill to jet her properly and adjust the carb correctly. Now keeping in mind that I have a modified chromed S&S high performance Super G carb., which I believe sprays a greater flow of fuel to the engine?, can you tech wizzes tell me which jets will work best with this particular combination? My engine is a little bigger 124cu in compared to your 117 (at a guess I am not a big dog expert)
My carb is a chromed S&S Super G, D&M spike, V&H Big radius (standard baffles).
If you try the jets I mentioned I would say you will be either spot on or 1 size either side. We mucked around on the dyno but in the end the best tuning (with the D&M) was done on raod testing.

I ran Big Radius with stock jets at first. Then, the kit Big Dog sells for Big Radius:
"This recommended jet kit will provide optimum performance out of your S&S G carburetor when installed with our Big Radius exhaust system. Kit includes .076 main jet and .031 intermediate jet. [Part No. 103-000032-00]"
