Its been seven years now, but I was able to get the double mount studs from a Big Dog parts store. They are the truly unique part of the whole assembly. You need four of them and they wear with time because the contact surface is hard plastic like a bushing. Maybe Donna at Big Dog Parts King would have a bead on them.

I have the studs your talking about
my new bike came with them but need brackets that mount on the bags and the support would even be better

Good luck! There's been a few others looking for that piece and I've never once seen one for sale.
