The advice I always got on my harleys from harley was "follow the break in to the T, then ride it like you stole it. The harder you ride it, the better it will perform." That is just what they told me and always seemed to be true.
The Dog seems to run better the harder I get the courage to push it.
Got pissed off the other day at some dumbass and went blow past the dude with my pipes right in his open window. Just as I passed him I must have missed a shift or something and started bouncing off the rev limiter with a big, BADA,BADA,BADA,BADA,BAH. Took me by surprise.
As for 6th gear, doesn't feel right unless up near at least 80 otherwise lugs for sure.
