Wonders where the scooters owner might be ?????? Except for the color looks like the van that destroyed my truck and broke my neck three years ago. I have a special place in my heart for Honda odyessy Vans and distracted drivers , and cell phones being thumbed wilst driving.

How in the world is some one that fucking stupid? That driver should never be issued a drivers license again nor be allowed to purchase a vehicle again.
