In need of help

Hello again fellas. I have an 01 mastiff and when I bought it everything functioned perfect. The other day I went out to start it and noticed I didn't have running lights and when I hit the brakes the turn signals didn't flash like hazards as if did before. You guys have any ideas to help me trouble shoot.

Replace the battery with a new one. Make sure the new one is fully charged!
